Il sanctionne surtout une d\u00e9cision injustifi\u00e9e, d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e ou prise dans un but personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"exemples-dabus-de-majorite\">Exemples d\u2019abus de majorit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs situations peuvent r\u00e9v\u00e9ler un abus de majorit\u00e9. Par exemple, les associ\u00e9s majoritaires peuvent d\u00e9cider de mettre syst\u00e9matiquement les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices en r\u00e9serve sans raison \u00e9conomique s\u00e9rieuse. Dans ce cas, les minoritaires ne per\u00e7oivent jamais de dividendes, alors que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pourrait en distribuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un abus peut aussi exister si les majoritaires votent une op\u00e9ration qui favorise directement leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats.
