Ses cotisations sont calcul\u00e9es sur sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, avec des minimums, et sa protection sociale est moins compl\u00e8te que celle d\u2019un assimil\u00e9 salari\u00e9, notamment sur certains risques comme l\u2019invalidit\u00e9 ou le d\u00e9c\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bon r\u00e9flexe consiste donc \u00e0 distinguer deux choses : la protection sociale fournie par le r\u00e9gime obligatoire, et la protection qu\u2019il faut&nbsp;<strong>ajouter<\/strong>&nbsp;par des contrats compl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-jouer-sur-la-rmunration-sans-fragiliser-la-socit\">Jouer sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sans fragiliser la soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re variable d\u2019ajustement reste la&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du dirigeant<\/strong>. Plus elle est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus les cotisations augmentent, mais plus les droits sociaux s\u2019am\u00e9liorent aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bon dosage consiste \u00e0 \u00e9viter deux exc\u00e8s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration trop faible, qui r\u00e9duit les droits futurs et peut rendre la protection sociale insuffisante ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, qui p\u00e8se sur la tr\u00e9sorerie et les r\u00e9sultats de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En pratique, il faut piloter la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en fonction de la capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle de l\u2019entreprise, et non l\u2019inverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-complter-avec-une-vraie-prvoyance\">Compl\u00e9ter avec une vraie pr\u00e9voyance<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Pour un dirigeant majoritaire, la&nbsp;<strong>pr\u00e9voyance<\/strong>&nbsp;est souvent la brique la plus importante. Elle permet de couvrir les arr\u00eats de travail, l\u2019invalidit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9c\u00e8s, qui sont moins bien pris en charge par le r\u00e9gime de base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e est simple : plut\u00f4t que d\u2019augmenter fortement le co\u00fbt social par la seule r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, on s\u00e9curise le dirigeant avec un contrat adapt\u00e9. C\u2019est souvent plus lisible pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et plus protecteur pour la famille du dirigeant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-ne-pas-ngliger-la-retraite\">Ne pas n\u00e9gliger la retraite<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La retraite est le second sujet majeur. Le TNS peut compl\u00e9ter sa retraite via des dispositifs de type\u00a0<strong>PER<\/strong> (plan \u00e9pargne retraite)\u00a0ou contrats \u00e9quivalents, souvent dans un cadre fiscalement int\u00e9ressant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus rationnel que d\u2019augmenter brutalement le salaire : la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 reste ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, et le dirigeant construit en parall\u00e8le une protection de long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-protger-sa-sant-sans-alourdir-excessivement-les\">Prot\u00e9ger sa sant\u00e9 sans alourdir excessivement les charges<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Une bonne&nbsp;<strong>mutuelle sant\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;est indispensable, surtout pour un dirigeant qui veut \u00e9viter les trous de couverture. L\u00e0 encore, l\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de multiplier les co\u00fbts, mais de cibler les risques les plus lourds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bon sch\u00e9ma est souvent : r\u00e9gime obligatoire + mutuelle + pr\u00e9voyance + retraite compl\u00e9mentaire. Cela cr\u00e9e une protection robuste sans transformer la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en machine \u00e0 charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-attention-aux-dividendes-et--leur-usage\">Attention aux dividendes et \u00e0 leur usage<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Les dividendes peuvent \u00eatre utiles pour compl\u00e9ter le revenu du dirigeant, mais ils ne remplacent pas une vraie couverture sociale. En SARL, une partie des dividendes du g\u00e9rant majoritaire peut d\u2019ailleurs entrer dans l\u2019assiette sociale, ce qui limite l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019une optimisation trop agressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autrement dit, il ne faut pas chercher \u00e0 \u00ab tout sortir en dividendes \u00bb au d\u00e9triment de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et de la protection. L\u2019\u00e9quilibre d\u00e9pend de la tr\u00e9sorerie, du niveau de r\u00e9sultat et du besoin r\u00e9el de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du dirigeant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-construire-un-schma-soutenable\">Construire un sch\u00e9ma soutenable<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La bonne m\u00e9thode est de b\u00e2tir un&nbsp;<strong>package global<\/strong>&nbsp;: r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration raisonnable, mutuelle solide, pr\u00e9voyance s\u00e9rieuse, retraite compl\u00e9mentaire adapt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sch\u00e9ma permet de s\u00e9curiser le dirigeant sans d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, car chaque brique r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un risque pr\u00e9cis. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vite ainsi une hausse de charges mal ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, et le dirigeant \u00e9vite de rester expos\u00e9 en cas d\u2019accident de la vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le dirigeant majoritaire n\u2019a pas int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 chercher la protection maximale par une seule voie.
